Scott Bertone joins American Capital Corp with over 10 years experience in the Residential Lending Business. He has a diverse background in business, politics, and computers. As one of the founders of First Equity Direct of Del Mar, Scott has a tremendous knowledge on how to correctly structure a any type of mortgage deal. In his younger years, Scott served as the V.P. of Marketing and Strategy for Motorcycle USA, Inc and spent five years working in Washington for The World Bank, The White House and the Pentagon.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys the Southern California lifestyle, running, biking, and swimming. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
